The studios and the traditional house are situated in Pera Gialos next from the old stone steps on the way to the Chora. It is a very nice and quiet atmosphere with an amazing view to the castle and over the sea. The port is just 5 minutes away, as well as the parking and the shopping centre.

Οι γκαρσονιέρες και το παλιό παραδοσιακό σπίτι βρίσκονται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στον Πέρα Γιαλό με θέα την θάλασσα και το κάστρο. Περιέχουν μπάνιο, κουζίνα με ψυγείο και μικροσυσκευές, βεράντα και TV. Βρίσκονται σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτά από το λιμάνι και πέντε λεπτά από την πλατεία. Έχουν πολύ ησυχία ενώ ανεβαίνοντας λίγα σκαλιά υπάρχει parking αν έχετε αυτοκίνητο.
