A newly built complex of traditionally built villas, each having its own bright color in doors and windows (ciel house, pink house, yellow house, light green house, green house and blue house) just 250 meters from the busy beach of Livadi, where one can easily go by foot, to either relax under the rich sun, or find anything one may need from local taverns, to all kinds of shops. From here access to all areas of the island is available. The complex, even if so close to the beach, offers peace and quiet time to relax under the Mediterranean sun, with a wonderful view of the city, clear from winds and city sounds. Feel better than home with your family having your own private garden, terrace, and parking space.

There are three kinds of villas

Medium sized (ciel house, yellow house and light green house) houses have in their ground floor a large main area with a living space, a kitchen and a dining space in it; a smaller bedroom with a single bed and the bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The terrace on the first floor offers a stunning view to the sea. In the basement, the couch can also be used as a bedding space. All houses are fully equipped with refrigerator, cooking elements, kitchenware, large TV, air-conditioning and WiFi.
Large sized houses (pink house and blue house) have in their ground floor a large main area with a living space and a dining space; a separate, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed or two with single beds with exit to the private yard and the bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom with two large terraces and a bathroom. Available are large TVs in the living room, air-conditioning and WiFi.
The green house has only a ground floor with a private garden, garage, large living area comprising also of dining space and kitchen in the same area, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It has a large couch, TV and air-conditioning.

ASTYPALAIA VILLAS Ένα ολοκαίνουργιο συγκρότημα 6, φωτεινών και με διαφορετικό χρώμα σε πόρτες, τζαμαρίες και παράθυρα, επιπλωμένων μαιζονετών (σιελ σπίτι, ροζ σπίτι, κίτρινο σπίτι, λαχανί σπίτι, πράσινο σπίτι και μπλε σπίτι) 250μ. από την πολυσύχναστη παραλία του Λιβαδιού, όπου μπορεί κανείς να παει με τα πόδια για μπάνιο, ψώνια, φαγητό ή σε κάποιο ζαχαροπλαστείο καθώς και να βρεθεί στη Χώρα με συγκοινωνία η κάποιο άλλο μέσο σε λίγα λεπτά ή ακόμη και περπατώντας, για άσκηση. Στο συγκρότημα θα βρει ησυχία, απλά, με υπέροχη θέα στα τοπία με τα ξωκκλήσια γύρω, απανεμιά και θα νοιώσει σαν στο σπίτι του ζώντας με την οικογένεια στον ίδιο χώρο, έχοντας τον ιδιωτικό του κήπο και το δικό του στεγασμένο γκαράζ.

Υπάρχουν τρία μεγέθη μαιζονετών.

Το μικρό μέγεθος (σιελ σπίτι, κίτρινο σπίτι και λαχανί σπίτι) διαθέτει στο ισόγειο ενιαίο χώρο σαλονιού, τραπεζαρίας, κουζίνας και ένα μικρό δωμάτιο με μονό κρεββάτι και ένα μπάνιο και στον επάνω όροφο ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι, μπάνιο και μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα μέχρι τη θάλασσα. Στο σαλόνι είναι δυνατόν να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως μονό κρεββάτι και ο καναπές. Διαθέτουν ψυγείο, μάτια για μαγείρεμα, κουζινικά και πιατικά, μεγάλη τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι, κλιματισμό και ασύρματο internet.
Οι μεγαλύτερες μαιζονέτες (ροζ σπίτι και μπλε σπίτι) στο ισόγειο διαθέτουν σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεββάτι και τραπεζαρία, με ξεχωριστή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι ή δύο μονά με έξοδο στην αυλή και ένα μπάνιο και στον όροφο υπάρχει επίσης υπνοδωμάτιο διπλό με το μπάνιο του και δύο μεγάλες βεράντες. Επίσης διαθέτουν μεγάλη τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι, κλιματισμό και ασύρματο internet.
Στο συγκρότημα υπάρχει και ένα σπίτι χωρίς όροφο (πράσινο σπίτι),με δικό του επίσης κήπο και γκαράζ, με σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα στον ίδιο χώρο, ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι και μπάνιο. Έχει επίσης μεγάλο καναπέ, τηλεόραση και κλιματισμό.
